Returns & Refund Policy – Fragrance Couture South Africa

At Fragrance Couture, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 15-Day Easy Return Policy for eligible items. We take pride in delivering 100% authentic luxury fragrances that meet our strict standards for quality, safety, and exclusivity.

Because of the sensitive nature of perfumes and colognes, our return policy is designed to protect product integrity and customer safety.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any perfumes or colognes that have been opened, used, or tested.
Please review the fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You did not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe (subject to courier verification)

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide proof of issue (clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging)

Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps
  2. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days

Please note:
Shipping fees, courier charges, and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

We’re unable to issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:

  •  You changed your mind after purchasing
  •  You disliked the scent or performance of the fragrance
  •  The product was opened, used, or tampered with
  •  Your return request was submitted after the 15-day window

International Orders (Currently Not Supported)

We currently only ship within South Africa.
If you are based outside South Africa and experience a delivery issue via a forwarding service, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
